years service at parish, regional, diocesan, state, national council
levels.

Foundation Member and Life Member of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Rugby
League Football Club, and continuous service since 1947 in playing,
coaching, governing committees, boards of directors till 2002.
Foundation member and Life Member of the Manly Warringah Rugby League Club
Ltd [Leagues Club] and 39 years continuous service on the board of that
Club.
Chairman of the Sea Eagles Football Club in the great years of the 1990's
when our club was minor premiers for three successive years, when we were
in
3 successive Grand Finals [a feat never equalled to date] of which we won
one [1996] and lost two in 1995, 1997 [were we robbed?]..

Member of the national committee of Australian Catholic Relief [now Caritas
Australia] 1980-1992.

Member of the governing council of the Catholic Theological Union
1990-1994.

Social Justice Coordinator Harbord St John Baptist Catholic Parish
