Providing food for the homeless

Street Mission

Street Mission was conceived by Alan Clarke. He had always been interested in helping the less fortunate. In 1998 he decided to go ahead with making this organisation a reality.

We are a self-funded organisation which feeds and provides life essentials for the homeless and disadvantaged in society. In addition to our Street Mission Cafe we fund and support food and welfare programs for several other local charities / organisations.

The purpose of Street Mission is to provide support for those professionals working with disadvantaged people. The emphasis is on youth (street kids), but we cannot ignore anyone who doesn't have a roof over their head.

The assistance provided by Street Mission provides funding for emergency food supplies, hygiene supplies, training programs, Christmas hampers and many other important services that operate through the charities supported by Street Mission.

The Street Mission program depends on regular donations and support from individuals and the local community to keep its vital work going.

We are sponsored by Dee Why RSL
